Shipping

Emirates Official Store is happy to offer a $7 flat rate shipping across the UAE. Please fill in your full courier address and telephone number to avoid any delays in receiving your goods. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order is ready to ship.

We now also offer worldwide shipping at a flat rate of $25. Please note your order will ship within 2-3 business days and may take an additional 3-7 days to arrive at your destination. Friday & Saturday shipping is not offered on Emirates Official Store at this time. Please note large items including select aircraft models may incur a higher shipping rate. 

When ordering from emiratesofficialstore.com, the customer is responsible for ensuring the parts can be lawfully imported into their destination country. These laws and regulations might include a variety of taxes and fees. 

All orders ship from the UAE. Orders shipping outside of the U.A.E may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Please note Emirates Official Store has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may total. These must be paid by the recipient. 

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Emirates Official Store will contact you via email if any of the goods you have selected are not in stock or if we need additional information.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return any Emirates Official Store online product at any time up until the 7th day after their receipt on the strict condition that the product has not been removed from its original packaging and that this packaging has not been damaged (unless the product is defective).

  • Emirates Official Store does not accept exchanges. Customers must return the original order and place a new order for the replacement piece. 

  • Customised or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Return shipping must be paid for by the customer.

  • Original shipping, duty and tax charges are non-refundable.

  • Please include a printout of your order confirmation or packing slip in the package. If you no longer have these, please include the following information with your return:
           o   Your name and billing address
           o   The items ordered 
           o   Your order number & date of purchase
  • Please note that Emirates Official Store will not be responsible for return packages which become lost if they are not insured or do not have a tracking number.

Upon receipt of returned products in their original packaging, any amount debited on your credit card to the order of Emirates Official Store Online with regard to said products (except for the cost of delivery) will be credited on the same card used to make the purchase.

Please note it may take up to 20 business days to see the credit reflected in your account. Please note that your credit card company may need additional time to post the money to your account.

We only accept returns through our returns process set out above. If a Product(s) is not returned according to our returns process we are under no obligation to accept return of Product(s) by you. 

This returns policy excludes any products purchased directly from any other Emirates retail space and/or Emirates Group and/or any other company.

Emirates Official Store Online will not accept responsibility should a promotional code, which was given to one customer as compensation for an exchange, be used by another customer to purchase goods from www.emirates.store

Return shipping charges

You must assume the cost and risks of product returns, unless Emirates Official Store Online failed to deliver the product ordered or if the product meets one of the cases listed below.  In such a case, Emirates Official Store Online will assume the costs and risks related to transportation.

  • Emirates Official Store Online may pay for return shipping in the following circumstances:-
    • You receive the wrong order
    • The Product(s) is defective
    • The Product(s) is damaged in transit
    • A manufacturer advice requests that the Product(s) be returned
