You can add items to your shopping bag as you browse - click on the product you’re interested in, then click Add To Bag.

Remember to choose the quantity if you want more than one. And if you’re ordering clothing, you need to select your size from our dropdown list.

To see what’s in your shopping bag at any time, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page.

When you’re ready to buy, just go to your shopping bag. You can remove items by clicking the red X next to the product, or you can change the quantity. Check the total cost of your order, then click Continue to Checkout when you’re ready to pay.

We’ll only take the payment once you enter your details and give us your final confirmation.

Login is for Emirates Skywards loyalty programme members. If you’re a member, you can use your details to log in to the Emirates Official Store to earn and spend Skywards Miles.

Emirates Skywards is the loyalty programme of Emirates. As a member, you can earn and spend Skywards Miles when you shop online at the Emirates Official Store.

Skywards Miles are a bit like currency. You can earn Miles in lots of ways, including on our flights and at our online store. Spend them on your shopping and much more.

If you’re a member of our Emirates Skywards loyalty programme, simply use your membership details to log in on emirates.store and shop as normal.

When you check out, pay by card and you’ll earn 1 Skywards Mile for every USD 1 you spend on eligible products. (The eligible items will be highlighted in your shopping bag).

The Miles will be credited to your Emirates Skywards account after two working days (bear in mind our working week in the UAE runs from Sunday to Thursday).

You can only earn Miles when you pay by card - if you want to spend Miles, you won’t be able to earn them too.

If you’re a member of our Emirates Skywards loyalty programme, simply use your membership details to log in on emirates.store and shop as normal.

You’ll notice that many items have a cash value and a Skywards Miles value. That means you have the choice to buy them with cash (on your card) or with Skywards Miles, starting from a minimum of 2,000 Miles.

You can also choose how many Miles you want to put towards the cost of your shopping, starting from 2,000 Miles. The more Miles you contribute, the less cash you spend.

VAT and shipping are always paid separately by card.

It’s important to remember that the Miles will only be deducted from your account after two working days. So please make sure you keep enough Miles in your account for a couple of days after you place your order. Bear in mind our working week in the UAE runs from Sunday to Thursday.

If you’re spending Miles, you won’t be able to earn them at the same time.

Yes – you can choose how many Miles you want to put towards your shopping, starting from 2,000 Miles, and pay the rest in cash. The more Miles you contribute, the more cash you save.

You can only shop with Miles if the item can be bought with Miles (these products are highlighted in your shopping bag). There’s a minimum spend of 2,000 Miles, which is the equivalent of USD 9.

Even if you pay the full amount with Miles, VAT and shipping are always paid separately by card.

No, currently you can only earn and spend Skywards Miles at our online store.

We have a flat shipping rate. The shipping charges within the UAE are USD 8 and USD 25 anywhere else in the world. Our shipping charge covers the cost to send the item from the United Arab Emirates (UAE).  Please check our full Shipping & Returns information about separate VAT, customs, import and service fees in your country.

It takes 5 to 8 working days depending on the destination or product availability.

Yes, someone will need to accept and sign for the delivery.

We’re only able to offer exchanges and not refunds. Find out how to return an item on our shipping and returns page.

You can return a product to us within 7 days from the date of delivery, as long as it’s due to one of these circumstances:

• You received the wrong order
• The product(s) is defective
• The product(s) is damaged in transit
• A manufacturer recalls the product(s)

We don’t manage the returns for EmiratesRED inflight retail. To return items you bought on an Emirates flight, please email emiratesred@emiratesred.com and include a copy of your receipt.

We’re unable to return Skywards Miles to your account once you have spent them.

To return an item you bought with Miles, follow our usual returns process and we may be able to offer you credit to use at our online store.
